PostNord is the Danish National Postal Service. They work with postal services and carriers all across the world and by choosing this shipping option, you will receive your parcel through Royal Mail.

If choosing UPS as shipping option, please bear in mind that the shipping destination determines which shipping options are available. This means that it is not always possible to choose a Drop Point Delivery.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase to the email address you provided during checkout. Please contact us if you do not find it in your inbox or spam folder. For your information, it is generally not possible to delete or correct an order, as we export directly to our warehouse to ensure the shortest possible delivery time.

Tracking number

It is important that you contact us if you have not received tracking within 3 business days in your inbox or spam folder.
Packages are available for pickup at the Drop Point for a limited number of days, and unfortunately we do not pay for a new shipment if the parcel isn't collected. When you contact us, we have the opportunity to help you before it's too late.
